Microsoft developing new PC RTS

So they shut down Ensemble, move completely away from PC games and then decide to develop a 'ground-breaking', 'revolutionary' RTS for the, um, PC. I'm not saying this isn't a welcome step but fuck me, Microsoft are weird these days.
