I think people have the right to think what game looks better, no matter what their criterias or experience with the series are.

thats like going to a tasteing food contest and ariving late and basing the winner on the only one you've tried without tasting the others, you can't base a winner unless you've tried them all, becuase its friggin obvious wihch one is "visually stunning" and which one isnt as good

Is it? It is obvious for you that REmake is more visually stunning than RE 4, so anyone should think like you do?
The fact that you don't mention the very first version of the game for the PS1 seems to indicate that you're being a hypocrite here.
After all , for it's time RE was a big step forward compared to what had come before. Yet unlike RE PS1, RE 4 is basically the most advanced game on the system it came out on.
Then you can factor in the fact that some people will prefer full 3D graphics over pre-rendered backgrounds like in REmake.
After all is said and done, I don't think you know if everyone who votes for 4 haven't played the older games first.
You're free to have your own opinion. Can you let others share theirs now, without the need to act butthurt over such a trivial poll?
