I hadn't saw a thread about this here, so I thought I'd start one up. I'd thought about starting this thread about a week ago, but got distracted from it. I just watched "A Very Brady Christmas" and it got me thinking about  starting this thread again. Let's hear what some of your favorite Christmas(or general holiday) movies are...

I've always loved to watch Scrooged, Mickey's Christmas Carol, Christmas Story, Home Alone, and the old Rudolpf/Santa/etc clay-mation movies. I'm sure there are a few others I'm missing, so I'm just naming what comes to mind right now. Also, I particularly relish watching very cheesy Christmas episodes of my favorite tv shows(Boy Meets World, Golden Girls, and so on).

More recently, I love to watch the Harry Potter movies around Christmas time(and throughout the year). They aren't necessarily Christmas movies, but they have Christmas elements and a very holiday feel to them. Love Actually is another very cool Christmas/holiday movie that I enjoy watching. I bought the dvd a few weeks ago while on vacation and watched it on the trip back home.

I also thought I'd mention a newer movie I saw last week, Holiday in Handcuffs. It's as predictable a movie as they come, but that goes with the territory(though this one seems to be more guilty than the usual). It was an enjoyable cheese-fest, and besides, it's hard not to tune into a movie starring Melissa Joan Hart and Mario Lopez.

So what about you guys and gals? I'd like to hear some of your favorite movies that pop up around this time of year. If people actually respond to this thread, I'm sure I'll end up kicking myself and saying "Oh yeah, how could I forget that one?!" a good bit.
