He did do what they asked, checked with the school which gave him the go ahead, and still was turned away despite completely complying with the schools wishes. I can see a few problems.

So he has had background checks through his job... would the school have access to this information? If so then yes the school should have let him watch, but if the school didn't have the results then I stand by what I said
