ToV I found too hard, maybe I didn't understand the battle system :P I'm not a big fan of FF tactics either, bought that played it for a bit and shelved it, I knew I wasn't going to like VC but everyone here said it's the best RPG ever.. so.. yeah
And Folklore, the same thing, the battle system, didn't like it so much...
I know weird eh, everyone says WKC and UI are bad, both had TERRIBLE voice acting IMO, but I don't know, something just made them fun for me... well for WKC it was the hype I think I built up for the game over 2 years waiting for it :P Same with FF13, it was a good game, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't an awesome game that I have come to expect from SE
