I like the overall message here. "Let's play nice" but for Sony to suddenly cry foul ... is funny. And why shouldn't Nintendo hit hard over the fact they can deliver 3D (With universal praise from those who've seen it) without the need for glasses? Sorry, glasses may arguably be the biggest hurdle for 3D TV's. Everyone MUST wear them, or no 3D. What if you have family over for the holidays? Want to show off the 3D. You have to pass the glasses around.
In the end Nintendo's tactic wasn't in bad taste as far as I'm concerned. And in the grand scheme of things have handled their success this gen with dignity. Thank God they didn't go the Sony route. Where every year their E3 showing was nothing more than "The Console War is over! We won this one already."
