Multiculturalism can work but only if steps are taken to build and promote communities. Britain is a good example of society where this has been succesful to certain extent. However there are still to many enclaves of Immigrants who refuse to assimilate , respect or work within those communities and are generally very militiant and negative towards their new country, which pisses me off (and im not even British)

Multiculturalism is fine but it should contain elements of assimilation, and teach the newcomers values and traditions of their new home. Not other way around which is heavily promoted by certain groups and the media.
