FIFA is investigating SUAREZ's handball and there can't be better rules

FIFA only gave Suarez one game suspension and that hand ball should be counted as a goal. The outdated rules of FIFA don't  allow for that. In fact, I love how Suarez in an interview admitted that although he knew the handball was wrong, it was the best decision of his life. 

FIFA didn't give suarez one game suspention,it was as per the set rules.

and that hand ball can't be counted as a goal then why should there be a suspention,Gyan got a penalty kick which he missed
