Yoi have no ideea what a sociopath is. Look it up.

Ina more passive way IMO the OP can be labeled as one my friend, and as somebody who is just about to finish psichology, I think I know a bit more about this then you might think . I never use words that I dont know what they mean. I am not be the biggest bookworm ever, and I dont mind if my language is a bit simple, especially when it comes to english

A sociopath can be described as someone who lacks empathy, who is aggressive towards others, and most importantly, who disregards the rights of others. A sociopath is also likely to have problems establishing interpersonal relationships and holding down a steady job.

The OP doesen't present any of those symptoms. He seems like a depressed guy, disgusted by the world in which we live in. A sociopath wouldn't care about the outside world, as sociopaths only care about themselves.

Also you say you're 20 and from Romania, and being Romanian myself I know that at your age you could, at most, be starting year 3 of college in the fall (assuming you started school at the age of 6, which is the earliest age you can start school in Romania). So you'll be just about finishing psychology this time next year (the earliest possibility).
