Human society has followed a progressive trend (with some exceptions) throughout history, so just try your best to be exactly the opposite of everything you think is wrong with this small-minded world we live in. I would'nt say that homophobia is rampant. It's 100 times better than it used to be. Nobody really cares if a person is gay anymore. lol
