What game comes to mind when I say RPG

When pokemon diamond/pearl have landed on DS , 16 million have bought the game, probably a couple of million were casual. The common people, the 6 billion people on earth, do not consider Pokemon to be an RPG because they don't know what it is.

Stop looking at it from a gamer's perspective, I'm talking about the entire world.

You realy seem to be desperate.

Why can't you concede that pokemon have high chance to be the first thing someone could think when he hear 'rpg' ? Is it because your have the god rank in vgchartz and you don't want to 'lose' to someone who got the newb rank ?        Is it because I have a stupid Weegee avatar I you don't want to 'lose' to someone who look like stupid or immature ?      Or is it because you can't accept that pikachu is always more popular than your vivi ?

Look it's time to stop this 'war' (always want to say this), nobody can prove or disprove that X game is the game that people think when there hear 'rpg'. IMO most people will probably think about its favorite rpg game (Exemple: Lufia 2) Someday , someone somewhere will make a big survey and then we will have our answer.
