BBH, all i will say is look outside the track in GT5 demo, prologue or e3 version - 2D SPRITES FOR TEH WIN.
you can all bitch and whine, but one is certain - Race Pro is THE ONLY Racing Sim on consoles and DEFINITIVE one. it may not look on par with Forza 3 or Gran Turismo 5 but doesn't change the fact that it has deepest car customisation and the best handling and physics on consoles. it's upgraded version of one of the best pc racing sims on the market after all and even those 8-10 year old pc sims are still miles better than Gran Turismo 5 or Forza 3 ever could be.
Race Pro - definitive and only true racing simulator on consoles.
Baja Edge of Control, Forza 2 - simulators but with a little arcade feel.
Forza 3, Gran Turismo 5, Dirt 1, PGR3 - arcade simulators with more(or just slightly more) simulation than arcade(if GT5:P handling and physics weren't so forgiving it might have gone into higher category).
NFS Shift, Dirt 2, PGR4, Grid, Blackbean games - arcade games with little realism.
bottom line Race Pro, Forza 2, Baja: Edge of Control(it may look like first xbox game, but it's god damn amazing title with buttload of content. it's easily on par with Forza and Gran Turismo series if we're talking about amount of content and hours of gameplay) are the only games racing sim fan must play and only ones that worth getting racing wheel for.
