Things like the lightening storm ruin balance of a game.  Infamous 1 was a joke once you got the blast wave, let alone the lightening storm in that.

Imagine Drake in Uncharted had the ability to just kill whatever is in the 40m and seveal meters wide ahead of him.

Yeah, the last thing I want from a superhero game is to be super.

Yeah that is why in Batman Arkham Asylum they had the give Batman that massive kill everyone on the map attack.. Oh wait.

Seriously your reply has got to be the worst defence I could imagine.

Cole is a superhero with superpowers. Get it? He's buffing up to fight a civ destroying monster. If anything, the trailer shows him to be underpowered in regards to fighting a creature of such magnitudes.

As for AA- Batman doesn't have powers, he isn't going against a supposed force of nature and Infamous/Batman's mythologies are completely different. Given this, the gameplay for each title is accommodated accordingly. I.E. Infamous' gameplay comes from using Cole's superpowers to be... super, and AA's gameplay comes from Batman being incredibly resourceful. Apart form the world and platforming, I enjoyed Infamous for the power that it offered, but you didn't?

I'm curious, what did you want to see from this trailer? Please give me an answer because I'm very interested in what Kyliedog's Infamous 2 would look like. I understand you don't what the mega powers, but I'm having a hard time imagining such a game being much fun and fulfilling the premise of the game...
