GT5 won't do much for Japan, GT5P did mediocre and GT PSP totally bombed. The franchise isn't what it used to be, and PS3 being a relatively niche platform there will probably curtail GT's more maintsream pull. Same thing happened with Minna no Golf, it was always a million seller on PS1/PS2, now it does 500k on PS3.
Versus should be big for PS3 (and will probably stay exclusive, in Japan at least), and I think Ninokuni could be big. The new Yakzua too maybe, but I feel they might be milking that franchise too fast...
