Notice the guy in the demo has a tough time driving straight, driving like a drunk driver. Driving a sim with Kinect will be a lot harder than driving with a FFB wheel. Thus not casual friendly and not something hardcore racer would want. So in order for Kinect to work they would have to lean the next Forza more toward arcade racing and away from sim. Kinect would work with an arcade racer like Burnout where you mostly turn all rightor all left and very little braking.

Didnt you already post something like this a few posts up?

I already answered with :

This mode will be a side mode for Forza 4. Of course Forza 4 will have FFB wheel and the normal awesome carreer mode for sim fans. With headtracking and a new graphics engine. They partner with Mcalren F1 for a reason.

What Turn 10 do well is allow the casuals to not be intimidated by their game. Forza 3 for example was fully playable as the best hardcore racing sim on consoles currently. But was also playable to newbie racers up for a casual play.

Forza 4 will develop on that with probabaly this mode and others.
