Kinect as a steering wheel is a huge step backward since there is no forcefeed back, no resistance to pedals ... what am I thinking no pedals at all and I thought DFGT pedals sucked. I have a feeling the next Forza will feel just as it design for Kinect with wheel support again an after thought especially FFB. Also moving around to room to see your car is lame. It's like wow "I can get up and change channel on my HDTV instead of using the remote". Head tracking on the pc is better than kinect since i can look around the car with just little head movement vs moving around the room. |
Oh the haters. LOL.
Some of the stuff that Turn 10 have been considering are follows:
Being able to spray paint the car.
Physically changing the parts under the hood yourself. And Alloys etc. Heck Forza 4 could teach you car maintenance.
The driving Kinect part is one of many modes to apparantly come with the now rumoured Forza 4 in 2011. Driving with a wheel is of course gonna be there with the normal hardcore modes we expect from Forza 4.
As far as head tracking. LOL. comparing an unfinished product are we. Considering Kinect has a physically motorized unit. It potentially has the ability to have the best headtracking available.
The potential of Kinect with Forza 4 with these features can give the most detailed car enthusiast game we have ever seen.
I dont know about you, but Ive never sat in an Enzo. Or even looked at the engine up close. With Forza 4 it looks almost set in stone.
The greatest car porn ever.
