I think I've seen you say that in other threads and I've probably told you before that's not why people don't like the glasses, guess you didn't listen so much there. This isn't some giant mystery, people don't like the glasses because they just aren't comfortable. Even if you don't normally wear glasses they're just incredible uncomfortable.
3D is suppose to provide great immersion into films and games but you're aware of the glasses the entire time which actually takes you out of the movie.
As for the OP, I think I've already seen plenty of people nail it in the first page alone: Sony can't take what they dish out.
We've seen them mock and downplay the competition countless times but anytime something that's an actual threat appears, well, that happens.

Also, does anyone else hate that in the new VGCharts I can't press Quote or Reply and open it in a new window? I usually like to read long threads like this and open mulitple windows.
Now I have to reply to each post individually and constantly have to find the place where I left of again. It sucks.
