Oh, want or need I agree with you.  But the principle I was pointing out was just because I don't need/want something is no excuse to channel my hatred towards something to dismiss it such as Squilliam and Kowenicki are trying to do.  These guys have displayed over and over again that they hate SONY more than they love gaming.  So if it's SONY related, they are going to find some excuse for the rest of us to dismiss it just because "they don't want it" so it applies to the rest of us.

If I hated Sony then why did I buy a 60GB PS3 and why did I spend over $5000 USD on a 53" Bravia when they were bleeding edge technology? Why did I spend over $7,000 U.S.D. in the past 5 years on Sony products? I don't hate Sony, but I do dislike the people who blindly support Sony and get their heckles up everytime something remotely negative comes up about them and contrive various scenarios to make themselves feel better, like for instance 'Best selling 3rd place console'.
