Im sorry but what was the last game you played for more than 15 months, I personally can think of only one or two I have done that with Disgaea, Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy VII. So the odds are your going to get the same value out of the rented Wipeout HD without the extra cost.

Actually, I often don't play a game within 6 months after purchasing. I have a huge back catalog, which means I'm still playing games from 2007. Hell, I'm even playing some PC games from the 90s.

So yes, I absolutely play my games 15 months later.
