Yea, Netflix may do something like that in future, but they would have to buy a lot of video game software first. Maybe after they build up some capital they can venture into that and steal gamefly's customer base.
Anyways, right now for Wii instant stream (and probably all instant streaming) there is no closed caption option and turning it on through your tv won't work either with the instant stream (at least not my tv). They should put closed caption in English at least. My roomate knows English decently but she has a hard time sometimes with some shows at understanding everything. It doesn't stop her from watching instant stream but she doesn't understand everything that is going on in movie/tv show.
