All japanese company profits are currently a moveable feast at the mercy of a wildly fluctuating (massively strengthening) currency.

Profitability now does not necessarily equal profitability tomorrow.

errr....ok. Not sure what hit the sour nerve, but I was talking specifically about what was said just a few months ago. It was reported the hardware was profiting, though the exact figures weren't specified.

Sony being profitable hit his sour nerve. Plain and simple.
