Have none of you heard of a free market? Where companies are responsible for taking their own losses as well as profits? The government's job isn't to help businesses that can't make money. If a business wants to expand, it gets loans, raises capital via shares/investors. Sony and Activision have more than enough income to invest that capital themselves if they believe they can expand here.
If I want a corporation to suceed, I buy its products. If I don't, it doesnn't get any. I don't want my government to spend my money on it anyway.
