It was really hard to spend months apart but we really loved each other, so we were both willing to go through this till we can live together. 2 years ago, in December on the day of his b-day, after we came back from the restaurent, he proposed to me. When I went back to Canada, we decided that we should prepare for me to go live to the UK. I spent 6 months not seeing him but I got a visa to stay in the UK. We'll get married this year, November 20th (it's my mom's birthdate, coincidentally). Then I'll have to get another Visa. I'm quite young (will be 21 in October) but I'm sure he's the love of my life. We've endured things some couples wouldn't have been able to go through, people talked to me against it, called me naive and said love these days don't last... But I'm 100% sure about this working and I'm someone who can't make decisions/is often unsure. I think that says a lot! Anyway, hopefully in some years I can get a citizenship and we'll be finally sure to be together, always! |
I played with two people who did the same thing... though he was from Canada, she was from the states, they just got married like a week or so ago, he is still trying to get a visa to go live with her in the states..
Maybe I shouldn't have left FFXII to play WoW... FF seems like it's better than match.com roflmao
