Well I think the main 3 are:
One Piece
Naruto
Bleach
Each person has his own tastes and may like all, one, none or whatever of those. But based off coming off DBZ I would start with trying out those 3 I listed.
Other ones I recommend would be Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Death Note (first half), Avatar The Last Airbender, Gurren Laggan, and Fairy Tail of top of head.
