no blockbuster has something simiar to netflix. Blockbuster is also putting out some redbox type thing. I saw the machine somewhere,but never actually went up to it. Hollywood video is just screwed as the don't seem to have the revenue to compete. lol

I know Blockbuster has a disc based system like Netflix but I do not believe they have instant streaming and instant streaming on consoles, which is what really makes Netflix outshine all the other services.

You are right they don't have instant stream for consoles but I am pretty sure they do for certain blue ray players.  Also, sucks about your 360 not working right with Netflix.  Not sure who you should contact about that (perhaps Netflix first then maybe Microsoft).
