its just a rumour and sony didn't say whether it will be releaseing it or not and no word whether it will have a processor or not.

The article's author explicitly stated that he believed the CELL could allow the PSEYE3D to outperform Kinect.

the article does but the people who wrote the  are making their own opinion but what report they got was that a reliable person has seen such a device from LONDON studios

 

also TOSHIBA is already doing CELL CAMERA TV's
