I got it. Beta access is very enticing, and I figure I'll about break even overall between the discounts on PSN titles and other freebies anyway.
The one feature I really want is cloud storage. From what I understand it's in the works, and I'd pay for that alone!
I like that most of the features are content-centric so far. You don't miss out on any basic features by not having it, but you do get extra content (whether that be games, betas, or whatever) and probably services (netflix, cloud storage?), which may be worth the price depending on your tastes.
