I have gold on all missions except the river. I havent tried the advanced yet.
Now, after the patch I suggest grinding Pike's Basin. You can get around 2000 xp (a bit less maybe) in 10 mins. Before, you would do it much faster on Solomon's Folly (the same Xp in like 3 mins.) but Rockstar fixed it and now its gonna take longer for you. Sorry.
