- PSN game sharing (in my opinion one of the coolest PS3 features - this can save you so much money if you have at least one friend with another PS3)
- the PS3 is not only a Blu-Ray-player - it's one of the best Blu-Ray-players because it's so future-proof. Just think of BD Live or 3D Blu-Rays - whenever there is a new Blu-Ray feature, PS3 owners get it very soon while owners of "normal" Blu-Ray-players usually have to buy a new Blu-Ray player in order to be able to use that feature
- PS3 is using standard components instead of ridiculously overpriced offical Microsoft stuff. If you want a different hard drive, you can buy just any standard 2,5" SATA hdd. If you want a wireless headset, you can buy just any standard Bluetooth headset (or use the one you already own). If you want a mouse or keyboard for web browsing, you can buy just any standard Bluetooth or USB keyboard or mouse. You can even use standard USB gamepads!
- controller with builtin rechargeable battery, great digital-pad, (almost) all buttons are pressure-sensitive, acceleration sensor
- great multimedia capabilities
- web browser
- XMB does not look as childish as the 360 dashboard
- twice the processing power as the 360
- trophys are superior to the simple concept of a "gamerscore"
- no region lock
- the games that are currently considered the best looking console games of all (e.g. Killzone 2, Uncharted 2 etc.) are all PS3 exclusives
- builtin bluetooth
