Definitely a 3DS. I may not get one immediately due to money issues, but at the latest I'll get one when the Ocarina of Time remake comes out.
Move is a 90% probability. I already have a PS Eye and either have or plan to buy games that will support Move (LBP 1/2, KZ3), so the only thing I have to buy is a Move controller for $50 to make me a Move owner. I may get a subcontroller too.
