It looks like only teens are really hard core these days... 
Nope. Your games library makes you. I can't spend all day long with my PS3, I'm lame in shooters etc. and I still find myself hardcore. You can play once a week for one hour and still be extremely hardcore while someone else can play 4-6 hours a day and still be a casual gamer.
