Then MS is again making a smart move.  They don't want Kinect to sell to the current install base so much as they want to create a LARGER install base by tapping into other markets.  This just shows that they are doing just that.  Expanding the 360 potential market.

Yup, core games sell well enough, they don't need to expand that audience. If they can get casuals to buy kinect and keep buying the games, it won't affect the attach rate!
