I don't think he's trying to pawn off PS3's off people. I think he was just using the MASS availability of the PS3 to show the stark difference of stock.
I mean, whenever i hear someone talk about how there are no Wii's around they usually bring up massive amount of PS3's just sitting around.
I just went to a target today. Same story. Massive amounts of PS3's, and like... no wii software at all... aside from crappy earlier games and Mario Galaxy.
