Really?! HOW?

Yes, I want to know too. My target is 58 Kg.

Well here's what I did:

It was summer and I had nothing else to distract me (studying etc). I started going to the gym and worked by butt off. I run 5-6km a day, so knowing how much effort this required I didn't feel like eating much when i returned home, especially sweets or bread. The first thing I did before waking up or going to sleep was to exercise on my staircase (I would go up and down and every time I did one more I was imagining that I would achieve another goal of my life- get good scores, grow taller, get super powers, control the planet [stupid stuff]). And every day I would i feel that I had accomplished something. After loosing most of the weight that I wanted, I bought some new clothes and  promised myself that I would never wear any of my old clothes. Thus, if I were to gain some weight I would not be able to go out with my friends, because I would not have clothes that fit me to wear. And it worked! Whenever I gained some weight I felt so bad that I couldn't go out with my friends and couldn't tell them why, that I worked out twice as hard to lose the weight I gained. I even made a list of the things that I ate every day. Before eating anything I had to first write it down. I had to go and find the piece of paper, which sometimes prevented me from eating, especially when I was not really hungry or when I was thinking about eating junk food). Also by seeing what I had eaten the previous day gave me strength to keep going. My friends' reaction to my weight loss was very encouraging, since many girls started hitting on me (although it would be better if it was the boys).

I know this might seem much or obsessive, but it really helped me. I come from a family where everyone is fat and I had to commit 3x more than the average person. Oh well, hope this helps.
