And another part here is that we are supposed to NOT trust parents with their kids, and how they raise them. We all know that teens can't say no to sex, so we have to equip them to have sex. Maybe we should also offer them gun training to, so that they can use a handgun without being able to hurt others. Since teen gun ownerships and shootings is a problem, and they could hurt themselves from misusing guns, the key is to teach them to use guns. And schools should do this despite what the parents want. After all, parents are stupid anyhow, and know less that school officials in ALL areas. There was a call to end this thread. If people want to continue, go ahead. It has little or nothing to do with what the Christian faith is about though. |
While only embryonic stem cell research was banned, in practice it was all banned, that's why rich Americans had to go to china to get stem cell treatment, even though it didn't use embryos, also far more embryos are lost at fertility clinics nationwide than with stem cell research.
As for abstinence programs, they rely on fear and lies, and the only reason they are applied is religious, it's all propaganda bullshit, I kid you not these guys teach children that sex equals murder and suicide (look it up) while completely omitting any kind of actual sex ed, and surprise surprise the states which have these kinds of programs have the highest rate of teen pregnancies. So if anything it's more like telling kids that guns are bad but never teaching them how to use or handle one in any form, even though in this analogy every kid has one, guess what happens? kids get shot.
