Apart from the fact they are scans, I wont say much. 

But look at every 2nd thread in the Sony forums from Sony fans. I think you answered your own statement. 

Not even Selnor would look at a scan and think Best Graphics ever. 

But by all means, forget that 'I' called U2 and KZ2 outright graphics winners at the time they released.

Fixed, and that was along with the majority of the industry.

OT: Although I'm extremely excited for this title, I don't think these scans put it at that staus. Furthermore, I don't think it will achieve that staus, but then again, it doesn't need/have to.
