n64: launch
dreamcast: around september of '01 when my friend and i saw it only cost $100
gamecube: launch
xbox: about 2 years after launch
ps2: about 3 years after launch (got it for xmas a few months after i got xbox)
wii: launch
(will be getting a 360 probably mid to late '08)
basically nintendo at launch and then if any of the other systems are good enough for me to buy then i'll get them mid-generation.
end of '08 predictions: wii - 43 million, 360 - 25 million, ps3 - 20 million
