In fact if we follow Insomniac's trends, Resistance 3 should be released this year coz their trend it R&C one year and Resistance in the next year.

So now that Insomniac hasn't revealed Resistance 3 or even their new NC game (different to their new IP with EA), it'll most probably release next year.
