The biggest issue here is the fact Sony has failed to show how powerful the Eyetoy is since  Selnor knows so much about the technology which Harmonix doesn't.

Harmonix didn't say anything about Eyetoy.  They said they'd investigate the possibility of doing a port with Move.

They didn't need to say eyetoy since you need the eyetoy to use the Move anyway.

Sure, but it implies a different approach than Kinect.  If they're using Move, then they're not relying purely on the camera, and what limitations it may or may not have compared to Kinect.

No, it's just you hoping.

lol.  This one was particularly seething / schoolyard.

Again, I blame Sony for failing to show how powerful the eyetoy is, yes it may not be as advanced as kinect, but trust me, it can do the dance game easily, but don't expect developers to seperate eyetoy/move, they compliment each other. You are looking for things that aren't there.

Kinect couldn't do Dance Central easily even, and that's with Microsoft software engineers addressing Harmonix's issues and hurdles directly.   As usual, I think you're overshooting Sony's real world capabilities...
