Of course, because you can compare the processing power of a PSP to render a cockpit cam for 800 cars with the processing power of the PS3 to render a cockpit cam for 800 cars as well. 

Not only that, but GT5p already had cars that are far from being "Premium", like the Suzuki Cappuccino which have perfectly normal cockpit cams already. 

If the c-64 can do dashboard, so can the PSP.

Funny enough though, that dashboard is probably pushing most of the graphical definition of the game. And the game only has five cars and one track/field for five similar stages 

In that aspect then I guess the 360 is also to fault. Forza 2 didn't have dashboards as well

And some PC sims like Toca Race Driver 3 are also to fault because they didn't have dashboards as well. Oh my, how the mighty PC has fallen. 

Seriously, that's your best argument?
