How exactly do you expect one Motion Plus to track two arms and two legs?

The best you can do with a Wii Remote is something like Just Dance. If you want to develop a more realistic dancing game you necessarily need more sensors - or a camera like Playstation Move / Microsoft Kinect.

I'm guessing a suit will have to be warn if you want to track the legs on PS3. And it will have balls on it the same colour as the Wand.

There is a reason the wand has a coloured ball on it. So it can be picked up in 3d space.
