Go with PSP 3000 it only does everything ;)
And more seriously - PSP 3000 will do everything PSP go does on digital download front , and will give you access to games that haven't made it to PSN store yet plus you will be able to enjoy those low priced umd games from ebay for fraction of price of a download.
Then only adventage Go has is built in storage space but really is it that much of an advantage when you can swap memory sticks?
