I wish the picture wasn't so cropped. It appears to me like it is in a closed space with only the front facing section being open for air movement. If that's the case, the 360 will very likely overheat because all the heat will be trapped from the 5 walls it is enclosed in. It's really best to keep any console so that it has a minimum of 2 open walls for air movement (front and back). 4 open walls would be better (front, back, left, right).
