Oh wait, yeah, I forgot about that :P But still...remakes aren't a favorite to them.
Btw, it's ridiculous that they would keep a game like Graces with an obviously very good budget in Japan when it only sold 200k. Can't believe they won't bring them over for more money. It's not like last gen where the games used to sell 400k on the PS2, and they also sold a ton on the PS1 as well...

Well, it seems pretty obvious the original plan was to bring over Graces (translation staff is even credited in the JP release!) and possibly even Vesperia PS3 (rumored voice work being done, though that's been questionable). I dunno what went down at Hometek, but unless it's a Dragon Ball game, they seem allergic to RPGs these days. :/
Man, I really wish NOA/NOE would've swooped in and saved Graces. Especially since Zelda's missing this holiday, it'd really help fill out their Q4.

This is an interesting point. Now that i think about it, with Zelda pushed back to 2011 this is something i feel Nintendo could have done as a sort of backup plan to help improve the lineup for the frosty season, as it is noticeably more mild without The Legend of Zelda to carry the chariot. What other big titles are scheduled for the winter times? I am aware of Donkey Kong Country returns, what's the status of Kirby's Epic Yarn and Xenoblade though? If the latter is due for Q4 then i suppose another big RPG like Tales of Graces isn't needed, otherwise i think Tales of Graces would be perfect for a Christmas release.

Nintendo's Wii Q4 right now is looking like...
- Kirby's Epic Yarn
- Donkey Kong Country Returns
- Wii Party
- PokePark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure (EU gets it next month though)
... so 2 sidescrolling platformers and 2 minigame collections. :/
Honestly, I think there's a big opening there for an RPG like Graces or Xenoblade. Or even something like Reginliev.
