That's the thing. You assume they did that instead of showing something else. That's where you do it wrong. There are many reasons why they could have thought it better not to show it yet. One of them is that the producer of the game might have thought the game was not polished enough to be shown in its current form. You know, like Tetsuya Nomura did for Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
But, hey, you can't come up with that kind of explanation and it's okay.
