I will assume that the duel mode of Dance Central can have two players face off.  I think I may of actually seen a video on that.  Having that fits within the limits of what was discussed here, and also is in keeping with Dance Dance Revolution.  There are practical limits for living room size on how many active players would  be tracked, and moving around fully.   We could also see you can have more than two, if they are in a "little brother" mode.
