So long as its good enough at launch and is continually updated I see no problems with the interface. Its a software issue and software can be patched.

Pushing Kinect's sales with some of the features suggested by propaganda still not properly working and hopefully fixing them later? Do MS realize that people won't find Kinect preinstalled like Windows? Didn't RRoD teach it anything?
