Oh I assume they will get everything nice and sorted eventually. Its just that its incredibly complicated software, which is why both Sony and Nintendo stayed away from this kind of implementation and why Microsoft is the only one to dare to try. So long as its good enough at launch and is continually updated I see no problems with the interface. Its a software issue and software can be patched.
