Well, it is good they are doing but we'll have to wait a little longer to see the effect of this new marketing effort. I really hope they succeed doing it, we can't rule out the system already. They also can differentiate themselves from competition through augmented reality (they should push it really hard), games like EyePet PSP and Invizimals can become big hits if they market it right, plus the best part is people will have to buy the original titles (you need that card to play those games, right? So you can't use pirate games in this case, I think) and also buy the camera, so this can bring nice profits for Sony and PSP. I really think Invizimals can be big and can be the IP to differentiate PSP from other consoles/handhelds because of the interaction people have with the monsters.
