I'm sure that most of us on a gaming forum would agree and would rather a more traditional controller interface...but lets face it we're the minority and if Halo, Gears or Left 4 Dead weren't good enough to entice you either than there's not much else Microsoft can do to win you over.
I really don't remember the 'pew, pew, pew' game at the conference - I remember a dancing and boxing game though, I'm sure most would agree would be 'strange' to do whilst weilding a controller.
